Currently, we are an in-network provider with traditional Medicare Part B, Medicaid, Tricare and Humana are out of network with all the other insurance companies. We take all the PPO plans. If you are not sure a bout your coverage we can assist you with a simple verification process. We can also provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Physician’s referral is not required to be treated by a licensed physical therapist in New Jersey. The state of New Jersey has Direct Access for Physical therapist. After assessment/treatment session if we determine that you need a medical attention we will refer you to appropriate health care professional.

You can pay cash, credit card, or online banking. We also accept HSA and FSA.

No, we are a mobile outpatient physical therapy service provider. We provide physical therapy services at your home so you don’t have to waste your time and money to travel to get treated.
