Mobile PhysioCare is an in-network provider for traditional Medicare Part B, Medicaid DDD, and accepts all PPO insurance plans. We also offer private pay visits for clients without in-network coverage. If you are unsure whether your insurance plan is accepted or want to confirm your benefits, our team can assist you with a straightforward verification process. Additionally, if you choose private pay or your insurance is not accepted, we can provide a detailed superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. This ensures you have flexibility and clarity regarding your physical therapy coverage and payment options.
Physician’s referral is not required to be treated by a licensed physical therapist in New Jersey. The state of New Jersey has Direct Access for Physical therapist. After assessment/treatment session if we determine that you need a medical attention we will refer you to appropriate health care professional.
You can pay cash, credit card, or online banking. We also accept HSA and FSA.
Give us 24 hour notice in case of a change in your appointment to accommodate other patients in need.
No, we are a mobile outpatient physical therapy service provider. We provide physical therapy services at your home so you don’t have to waste your time and money to travel to get treated.
We provide mobile physical and occupational therapy in Bergen County and nearby areas, including Edgewater and Fort Lee, with additional service available in parts of Passaic and Hudson Counties. If you are not sure whether we cover your location, contact us and we will confirm it for you.
Your first visit begins with a full evaluation of your movement, strength, balance, pain, and daily challenges. We then create a personalized treatment plan based on your goals and, when appropriate, begin therapy right away. The visit is designed to be clear, calm, and focused on your needs.

Yes. We offer care in private homes, assisted living facilities, and other senior living settings when the location allows therapy visits. This makes treatment more convenient and helps you stay consistent with your recovery plan.
