1. Pendular movement - hold 1/2 liter of water bottle and move your shoulder side ways and forward and backward for 2 minutes each. When you lean forward with a water bottle in your hand it will open up a joint space and helps to stretch the tissues around the joint
2. Shoulder Active assisted flexion 10 reps with 3-5 seconds hold
3. Scapular abduction Scaption - 10 reps with 3-5 seconds hold
4. Shoulder external rotation - 10 repetitions with 3-5 seconds hold
5. Shoulder internal rotation - 10 reps with 3-5 seconds hold
6. Shoulder isometrics - flexion, extension, internal rotation and external rotation with 3 to 5 seconds hold
Ice it ice it ice it — don’t forget to apply ice pack for 15 to 20 minutes.
